Tuesday will be spent streamlining the CAD design process. Begin by creating a card for the design project. Add all relevant documents and files such as drawings, specifications, and regulations. From there, create checklists to track the completion of specific design tasks and add due dates. Assign team members to individual design tasks and add them to the card. Once everyone is assigned, use the Kanban view to track the progress of the design process.
